(Middletown, CT) December 29, 2020— ... Located in the front of the office’s north wing is the new-patient exam room, consult and records room, and panoramic x-ray room. The orthodontist’s private office was moved from the front to the center of the space, adjacent to the ortho bay. FX Design selected a royal blue woven glass pattern for their viewing window. The ortho bay is equipped with new Boyd Industries dental chairs, each with LED dental operatory lights. Built-in benches are strategically placed around perimeter walls for waiting family members.

“Our team also developed a unique sterilization lab room, adding an access door from inside the sterilization room with a pass-through door to the ortho bay,” Bordeaux said. “The brushing station is designed with a central high sink and two low sinks to accommodate all heights and patients in wheelchairs. It’s accented with crisp, white quartz counters, luminescent mosaic tile backsplash, and rear lit mirrors.”

Drs. Gillian and Michael Kelly are very happy with their new office and feel their vision has been fulfilled. “Thank you for your vision and expertise in creating our dream office,” they wrote to Bordeaux. “We come in each day excited to be in our space.
